Examinations

The Examinations section provides centralised services and support to ensure consistent and high quality conduct of examinations across all campuses of the University.

The Examinations section is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focussed individual to join the team.

The role

As part of the Examinations team, you will assist with a range of tasks associated with preparation for, conduct of and follow-up work from the University’s centrally administered examinations.

You will assist with the administration of contracts of employment, process casual salary claims and assist the Examination Officers with administrative tasks in peak operational periods.

The person

This a diverse role and requires an enthusiastic team player, who can also work autonomously.

You should possess relevant work related experience and /or qualifications and be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure, while adhering to tight timeframes and be flexible in a team environment.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 4. The remuneration package will be in the range $59,429.60 - $63,305.88 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $69,532.63 - $74,067.87 p.a.).
