We offer a range of competitive salaries, which we negotiate under the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement. Salaries are subject to annual incremental increases for most staff.

Leave provisions

UQ provides staff with generous leave entitlements.

In broad terms, basic leave entitlements for full-time fixed term and continuing staff members are (pro rata for part time staff):

Superannuation

You'll typically receive superannuation contributions of either 9.5 per cent or 17 per cent, depending on your tenure and fraction of appointment. Find out more about superannuation at UQ.
